What control A.8.3 asks

Give interested parties a way to tell the organization about harmful effects of the AI system.

Why it matters for privacy

Where the draft lands: the people outside the organization. Privacy harm can reach people who never used the system. The draft's evaluation of consequences has to hear from them.

Basis for A.8.3: the ISO page 56582 and the ISO/IEC 42001:2023 control record. The public record supports the point at the level of the abstract; the draft text is not public. Operating, monitoring and telling people.
